residential and commercial inspection company with over 25 years experience in
various forms of residential and commercial construction.
NHIS
inspectors are licensed and perform all inspections in
accordance with the "Code of Ethics" and the
"Standards of Practice" administered by the North
Carolina Home Inspection Licensure Board.

is a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor and is an active
member of The Housing Inspection Foundation and The North
Carolina Licensed Home Inspectors Association.
Our
mission at NHIS is to provide the real estate community,
including buyers and sellers, with a value based, fast,
courteous and professional inspection experience.
This
is demonstrated with our commitment to maintain a fully staffed
office to coordinate and assist in scheduling and processing
inspection reports within a timely fashion.
Inspections are also scheduled on weekends on a "as
needed" basis to better serve our customers needs. |
